This company went above and beyond from the beginning to the end. They checked in with me numerous times with updates and did everything they could to make sure I felt comfortable.
We had a hickup with delivery, and they worked until they found the package and got it to me. Then, they contacted me to check and make sure everything worked out.

These people have the worst customer service and they don't do what they tell the customer they would. They agree to send the part for certain price then they come back with an excuse and ask the customer to pay a much higher price to get the part. I spoke to the manager, Ed. I told him that they should provide the customer what they agreed to with the customer at the same price. His basically said " I don't care". I would not recommend anyone to this place. This is scam!!

I needed a discontinued part for our wheelchair accessible grand voyager and they found it. It was overseas and it was delivered successfully. It was fairly priced with international shipping.
